Returns
To start a return, please contact us at hello@epiccoffee.co.nz so that we can confirm the acceptance and eligibility of it.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you via email to let you know, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened or used coffee. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will be in touch to organise your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
